Chris Burrows is the Chief Farmer at East Coast Spore. For over two decades, Chris has worked in the food industry, as a farmer and a chef. HIs work has taken him throughout New England, Florida Keys and the Caribbean. Now based in Jersey City, NJ, Chris has once again turned his head and heart to producing gourmet food.
Incorporating mushrooms in our weekly food menu offers wonderful health benefits. At East Coast Spore, we believe in healthy and happy and with 25 years of farming, and cooking experience, we know how important healthy and fresh ingredients are to strike the right balance of joy and health with food. We grow a variety of gourmet mushrooms, with which we actively pursue a health lifestyle for all.
Based in the NJ metro area, East Coast Spore aims to provide the urban area around Jersey City with both fresh and dried mushroom products. Look for us at your local farmer' s market, restaurant or subscribe to our newsletter below to stay informed!
